Session Booking:
The session fee pays for the time and talent of the
photographer, the getting to know you portion and phone and email consultation
to help you plan your session, basic retouching, and for your in-person viewing
appointment. It does not include any finished portraits or products.
The
session fee is due at the time of scheduling your portrait session.
Sessions are Monday thru Friday, weekend sessions when
available add $50.00 per session.
Session Fee includes approximately 30-50 Images.
Travel Fees begin at $50.00 outside 30 miles of Georgetown.

PLEASE do not send me photography related messages via text
or Facebook. I need to be able to track and keep a record of our conversations
especially when it has to do with your sessions. The best way to book and

MY CANCELATION
POLICY IS FAIR BUT FIRM:
The session fee is due at the time of scheduling your

-With more than 48 hours’ notice, I offer rescheduling.

No shows forfeit your photography session fee, as
well we try to call or email ahead to remind you about appointment. We work by
appointment only — it’s fair for all concerned.
New appointments must be made at time of cancellation. *If
you cancel more than 2 times, you will forfeit any right to reschedule.
We sometimes shoot by Mother Nature and if the weather is
bad or is forecast to be bad, we will reschedule your appointment.
If you have a sick child on the day of the session please
call to reschedule. Sick or
uncomfortable children do not like to be photographed and we know that you will
not love your portraits nearly as much as if he or she was in good health.
Sometimes children have different plans when it comes to schedules and
sometimes they just have a plan bad day.
This can require additional time. If you wish to add time to
your appointment, the following fees will be added:

Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards, money
orders and cash. If paying with cash please have exact change. Please review
our Session Fees for pricing information on your type of session. Ask about our
Payment Plans for orders over $500.00
Late Charges,: A $35 fee
will be applied for declined credit cards per time submitted (to the full
extent that the financial institution will allow), and late charges may be
assessed in the event of a payment schedule. Late charges are $10 per day.
Session
Information: Please arrive for your session 10 minutes early to prepare
your hair, makeup, select clothing, and so on. If you arrive too late, {15 min}
we’ll have to reschedule you.
Please bring only the subjects to be photographed to the
session. This is especially important with pets and kids, as ABP will need
their full attention on him rather than looking at other members of the family.
Of course parents are always welcome!
NO
Cameras/Cell phones, or other photographic, or recording devices are allowed
during the sessions, neither at photo or ordering sessions. No Exceptions! This is very
distracting to the subjects and the photographer. Please use cell phones in
waiting area or different area then where sessions are being held.
All clients of Aimee Billings Photography MUST sign a
model release. This allows us to show
our work to others like you who are looking for a “Personal Photographer”. When
you book a session and are photographed by Aimee Billings Photography (ABP),
you are agreeing and giving ABP permission to use and publish your images for
promotional, advertising and any other like purpose. Before your session
begins, you will be given a model release form to sign. We cannot photograph
anyone who does not sign the model release form.
Sneak Peeks on Blog & Facebook: All client “sneak peeks”
will be posted on Facebook and the Blog following their ordering appointment.

Selection &
Ordering Appointment Information: The order selection and ordering
appointment is scheduled at your portrait session. This appointment is usually
set up for about 14 days after your session. Selecting portraits for your home,
office, and gifts is a wonderful and challenging experience. Please have all decision makers present for
previewing your portraits. There is a
$25 charge for additional portrait preview sessions, and this fee will be
assessed for appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
We will be spending around one to one and an half hours
together previewing your portraits and making your selections. Children are
welcome but sometimes can distract from this process. I suggest you come with
just the adult decision makers. I make this decision your call.
While Aimee does capture many images during your session,
you will see only those images selected by her, the artist, for previewing. She
carefully renders each image to ensure maximum artistry and technical
perfection. Images with eyes closed, heads turned, duplicates, etc. will not be
shown and are removed from my archives permanently after the artist rendering
is complete.
Order Expectations:
You will be asked to order at the time of the selection and ordering
appointment. We have a variety of awesome products and ways for you to enjoy
and share your images! We are here to
help you through this process. We offer a 1st week investment discount (15%) on
your order after 7 days investment goes back to standard investment. Once your
order is placed in-person, an online gallery will be available for 7 days to
send to family & friends to order or view at the 1st week discounted
investment. After 7 days your slideshow and gallery are archived. There is a
$25 fee to reload your gallery once it has expired and will be at standard
investment. No Exceptions.

Please note that our studio policy requires that your
complete order be placed before we start processing any part of your order.
We accept all major credit cards, money orders and cash.

required before processing.
Standard sales tax and shipping is required to be collected
on all orders.
Pick up in studio or shipped to you directly must be decided
at time of order.

Please allow 4 weeks for your order to be completed. Some
orders may take longer especially during the holidays, lab season times, and
for special services. Albums and Books take 6-10 weeks depending on the lab.
Your portraits are an investment and an heirloom that should not be rushed. You
will be notified by telephone or e-mail when your order is ready for pickup. If
you are unable to pick up your order, we can ship your order to you for an
additional charge. All ordered images are kept on file for a period of 1 year.
Un-ordered images are removed from our archives after 30 days. Re-orders placed
more than 60 days after the preview appointment, require a minimum $100.00
re-order paid in advance.
Touchups &
Photoshop Work: Basic Retouching is included additional basic
retouching per-request.
Custom/Client directed retouching is an additional $50.00
per hour minimum one hour.

Digital Files:
High Resolution images may be purchased during your
Selection and Ordering Appointment.
Low-res version, suitable for sharing on the web come in
some collections. These images are watermarked and great for sharing on social
media sites. These images are not for printing and are copyright protected.
While Digital Images are offered, please understand that
Aimee Billings Photography (ABP) holds the original copyright to all of her
images. Images may not be manipulated in any form without express written consent
from ABP.
Clients who purchase Digital Images understand that all
images will include Aimee Billings Photography Brand on a corner of the
image. This will not affect the image
quality in any way. The client also
agrees that once the assignment has been completed and a disk of images was
purchased and delivered, Aimee Billings Photography cannot assume any liability
in any portion if the work is lost, stolen, damaged, or otherwise unavailable
to the client.
The Copyright Act
protects photographers by giving us the exclusive right to reproduce
your photographs. Violations include, but are not limited to, making illegal
copies, scanning, printing from home or downloading from our website. It is
illegal to copy or reproduce these photographs in any manner without our
permission and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and
criminal penalties. Please understand, the photographer wishes to maintain
complete control over the print quality, finishes and presentation of the
images and any reproduction outside of the studio may lower the quality of the
image and scar our reputation for providing superior portraits.
